Prep – Twelve on One Site
Melton Christian College began in 1985 with just nine students and one teacher in a rented hall. Today, the College has two properties.
Our Brookfield Campus, located on Brooklyn Road, is established on sixteen acres. The campus is fully equipped for students from their first year of primary schooling, right through to their last year of secondary schooling on the one site.
Brookfield Campus is blessed to have a double gym, a year twelve common room, study rooms, a cricket pitch, footy/soccer fields, double outdoor basketball courts, classrooms and specialist rooms, a library, a music and performing arts auditorium, science and information technology laboratories, hospitality and woodwork rooms, and visual arts classrooms.
Building for the Future
With significant demand for enrolment at Melton Christian College, our College has grown significantly over the past ten years. With a vision to improve our campus, the College has undertaken master planning over the past few years in order to prepare for the future.
A new, double-storey building was built in 2020 to cater for student growth. This building has six new classrooms, student toilets, office space, and a new staff room to hold our expanding staff team.
During 2021, we began another building project on our existing campus. One of our older buildings that had served its purpose well over the years was demolished and replaced with a new two-storey building. The new building has six classrooms, student toilets, an administration section, and the uniform shop.
We continue to plan and develop as we plan for the future of the College.
Our new Toolern Vale campus, located only nine kilometres from Brookfield campus, will commence in 2023 with Junior Primary students. Find out more here:
