Year 6 Christian Leadership Conference

The Year 6 primary and house captains will be attending the Christian Leadership Conference for Primary school student leaders on Tuesday 27th February. Students will wear PE uniform with their Year 6 tops and will need to bring their own lunch – morning tea is provided.

The day’s program will be focused on engaging students in thinking and discussion about Christian leadership through presentations by guest speakers, group discussions, and games.

Student Dismissal Procedures for Ensuring Safety

Ensuring the safety and security of our students is paramount to us. It’s crucial that we have a clear understanding of their whereabouts during school hours. Currently, our secondary students conclude their day at 3:20 pm, while primary students finish at 3:30 pm.

To maintain a safe environment, secondary students are not allowed to collect their siblings from primary classrooms before 3:30 pm. Any primary student leaving before this time must be signed out at the office and picked up by an adult.

Secondary students are welcome to wait in designated areas until their sibling finishes at 3:30 pm, at which point they can accompany them home.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

First Aid Incursion for Primary
Keeping our children safe is a priority at MCC.

First Aid In Schools is an initiative by St John Ambulance Australia. This is a free program where primary school students are taught the importance of First Aid and what to do in an emergency.

We look forward to welcoming four educators to the Brookfield campus on Wednesday, 21 February, to deliver age-appropriate, hands-on learning. With our Preppies not onsite on 21 February, a First Aid in Schools Educator will return to Brookfield on Wednesday 1 May, just for them.
