Be Good, Be Kind, Do Your Best
It’s wonderful to welcome all our Prep to Year four students and families back for a new term. As always it is shaping up to be a busy and exciting one, with many opportunities for learning, growth, and connection across our school.
Working in partnership with families continues to be significant and a beautiful strength of our school. We value the communication, support, and shared commitment that helps our students feel safe, confident, and ready to learn each day.
Over the term break, our team enjoyed meeting prospective families and students as part of our Prep 2027 interviews. It is always a pleasure to share our school story and values with families from our local community and to showcase what makes our school such a welcoming and safe place.
As we begin the term, we are continuing to reinforce three clear and consistent school expectations with our students: be kind to each other, be good for your teachers, and do your best work. These shared expectations guide our daily interactions and learning and help create a calm, respectful environment where students are supported to achieve their personal best.
You will also notice increased activity around the school in the coming weeks as we prepare for further expansion and development. Plans for a new classroom block and landscaped area will be getting underway very soon, and we are excited about how these new spaces will support learning for our students now and into the future.
A reminder that students may wear either the cool-weather or warm-weather uniform throughout the year. Please note that Term Two and Term Three are not mandatory hat terms, so wearing a hat during these terms is optional.
And to our students – welcome back! We’re looking forward to seeing you challenge yourselves, take pride in your learning, and support one another as confident, capable learners throughout the term.
