Shape your future in Christian Education
The MCC Trainee Teacher Program is a purposeful paid pathway into Christian education, designed to equip emerging teachers with the confidence, character, and practical skills required to thrive in the classroom.
Built on three foundational pillars, Self, Practice, and Community, the program supports pre-service teachers as they grow spiritually, professionally, and personally within a Christ-centred learning environment.
Through meaningful development, hands-on experience, and a supportive Christian community, trainees are prepared to become impactful Christian educators who make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
