Building a Culture of Care
Welcome back to Term Two! I hope that all our students and families were able to enjoy a restful and refreshing break. It’s always lovely to return to school with renewed energy and a sense of anticipation for what’s ahead.
Reflecting on Term One, I feel genuinely encouraged by the way our Online Campus has launched. Our students have settled into routines, engaged deeply with their learning, and begun building meaningful connections in this new learning space. One particular highlight for me was the Parent-Teacher Interviews held just before the break. These conversations were rich and thoughtful, and they served as a powerful reminder of the strength of our Community—one of our College’s Core Values. Even through screens, it was clear that we’re building a culture of care, collaboration, and shared purpose.
As we now look ahead to Term Two, there’s much to be excited about. Our learning programs continue to grow in depth and variety, and we’re especially looking forward to the Year 7/8 Camp at Stringybark Lodge later this term. Camp will be a fantastic opportunity for students to connect in person, try new experiences, and strengthen the bonds that make our community unique.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside our families on this journey. Here’s to another great term together.
