The Employment Process
Submit your resume, cover letter and other relevant documents (i.e. first aid certificate, university transcript) through our online portal by clicking on the role you are interested in applying for.
The Panel Team reviews the applications to identify candidates who meet the position requirements, and who fit the niche in the current team.
You will be invited for an interview. In some instances, the panel team will hold an initial assessment that includes a phone chat, zoom conversation and/or face to face conversations.
As part of our child safety, wellbeing and alignment criteria, candidates have a conversation with one of our council members.
We conduct the required VIT, police and referee checks.
All successful candidates are formally offered their roles.
