Inspiring Student Leaders

On Tuesday 18 August, our student leaders attended a leadership conference at Crossway Baptist Church, hosted by student leaders from the Christian Education National (CEN) network and supported by the Global Leadership Summit (GLS). The event brought together student leaders from across Victoria for a day of learning, collaboration, and connection.

Students enjoyed networking with peers from other schools while participating in a range of engaging leadership activities. One highlight was analysing Disney characters and discussing their different leadership styles, prompting conversations about qualities such as courage, integrity, teamwork, and resilience.

The conference encouraged students to view leadership not simply as a position, but as an opportunity to serve others and positively influence their communities. Our students represented the Online Campus exceptionally well and returned inspired with new ideas they can apply within our school community.

We are grateful to the CEN student leaders and the GLS team for providing such a valuable opportunity and look forward to seeing our students continue to grow as leaders.
