Praying and Celebrating in Secondary

Yesterday we held our first secondary school assembly for the year, which was a wonderful celebration of our school community and the commitment to learning. Mr. Gleeson’s address provided an insight on how students can maximise their learning experience and Mr. Bendall’s spoke on the importance of individual success, with the announcement of the Dux of 2023, Ryan Halim.

The formal announcement of the 2024 Student Leadership Team and House Captains reinforced the importance of student involvement and leadership within the school community. Welcoming and praying for the Year 7 students by one of the student leaders was a lovely way to conclude the assembly.

We look forward to working alongside all our secondary students this year in learning, personal development, and academic success.
