Primary News and Key Dates
Today is one of those exciting days. It is the day when your child comes home and shares who their teacher is and who is in their class. For most of us, change can be challenging. Some of us embrace it, some of us don’t like it and for some of us, it takes us a little while to come around and then we are thankful for the opportunities it brings. Our children will be exactly the same. The thing that will help them navigate their way through this change will be your reaction to the news. Share in their excitement. Reassure them if they are worried. We want to reassure you if you are worried.
I want to reassure you that every teacher we have here cares for the children at our college. I want to reassure you that we welcome in every child, and we want them to feel like they belong. Our staff are dedicated to serving those they teach. They want to partner with you. We all want success for your child and that success will look different for every child. Be assured that these things will not change, no matter who your child is with next year and whoever is in their class.
I want to thank you for the way you have supported us this year. I want to thank you for partnering with us and trusting us when we have had to make some difficult decisions. I want to thank you for respectfully approaching us with your queries. I want to thank you for politely responding to our staff. These are the sorts of things that lead to the best outcomes for your child. 2023 will be no different.
