This Is Who We Are: A Place of Belonging and Faith
We just love our school, don’t we?
There’s something so special about walking through our campus during the school day – hearing the laughter, the learning, and the beautiful interactions between our people. These are our people. People who belong here. People who make up our community.
One of the things I treasure most is seeing the diversity in friendships – students from all kinds of backgrounds and families, chatting and playing together like brothers and sisters. It’s a beautiful reminder of what makes our school so unique. Here, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from, you are welcome. You belong.
This week, we have the joy of welcoming our new Prep families for 2026 into our community. It’s such a special time, not just to share the practicalities of school life, but to open our hearts and show them who we truly are. What they’re stepping into is more than a school, it’s a place where values are lived, where culture is felt, and where love is shown.
At MCC, all families are welcome. Our Christian faith is at the heart of everything we do – it shapes our choices, our relationships, and the way we care for one another. And what does that look like in practice?
It looks like kindness and respect.
It looks like owning our mistakes and acting with integrity.
It looks like welcoming and including others.
It looks like standing up for those who need support.
It looks like love in action.
We all know and love our school, and it’s such a joy to see our community living out these values every day. As we welcome new families, we’re not just telling them who we are – we’re showing them. And that’s the most powerful introduction of all.
