Position Summary:
We seek a compassionate, proactive, and qualified candidate to join the Wellbeing Team and work in the primary sector across two campuses.
The successful candidates we desire:
- Current employee Working with Children’s Check (or willing to apply)
- Police Check (or willing to undergo)
- Tertiary qualifications in either counselling, psychology, social work or theology are desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a range of counselling modules and practices
- Solid experience in general pastoral care programs
- Deep commitment to the core values of Melton Christian College and Christian Education
- Demonstrated alignment with the vision, purposes, and expression of faith of the College
